Avon Ultra Glimmertick lip liner in true red-Review, swatches and price in India

I think this line should be mentioned in makeup bible! Red lipstick how I love them!

 They are just another level of confidence booster, and this shade right here, LOVE! I wore this shade in 3 of my videos and every time I get questions like which shade? OMG love it so I though let's do this!

 

Presenting to you the Avon ultra glimmerstick lip liner in true red.

 

The pencil is in a retractable form and hence is a very big pro for me as I am a lazy bum when it comes to sharpen the pencil.

It retails for about Rs 259 for 0.28grams of product which is quiet reasonable and also there are amazing offers on these going on always so yeah. *woohoo*

 

It does have a coklour coded end so that you can easily make out which liner it is.

 

 

 The colour pay off is amazing and shows up pretty easily without pulling or tugging the lip much.

I wear it by itself but you can layer up a lipstick if you have chapped lips as the formula is creamy but still on the matte side.

It stays on my lips forever! Okay maybe not forever, but easily 5-6 hours and survives a meal too!

I personally love this liner and it just brightens up my face like no one's business! Also I think it will suit all skintones as it is a neutral red. A red difficult to find! No undertone games here! *khi khi khi*

Camera-ception

There are two types of people in this world, one who like to click photos, and then others who love to get clicked. I am both! *khi khi khi*
So it was but appropriate to get this dress which shows my love for camers, be it in front or behind of it!

I decided to keep my palette blue and white for the day, and oh yes! this is day 3 of the Wills India Fashion Week!

As I was saying I kept the palette blue and white, I added this perf bag! Trust me,it fits my world in it! and comfy white heels and blue crystal danglers which are one of my favs! *love*

Diwali 2014

What do you do when you dress up pretty? You click outfit post, obviously! *duh*
So without further blabbering here is my Diwali 2014 outfit!

 

So yes I wore this deep hot pink anarkali with golden border and embroidery on the neckline and and and back tassels!

 

 I also added payal and bangles for the traditional effect, and oh yes a bindi too!

Out of bed

All hail bedshorts! If I could, I would live in them and today's post is one step towards that Utopia!

There ould be various reasons why you would want to wear bedshorts out of the bed:

1. You are running late and you have no time to bath or even change clothes *eew though*
2. All your jeans have been martyr-ed in the zombie apocalypse
3. your bed shorts are comfortable as shit *yes yes yes*

My reason is the third one, my mom has to literally beg me to let go of my shorts for a while atleast to wash them and I'm like NO!

 

The sole reason for this post is to make wearing bed shorts out of the bed  reality (why not?)

 

My bed shorts are way to cute to be hidden under the layers of warm comfy bed sheets!

So I paired them with an oversized shirt *effortless*

 

To add a bit of definition and colour I threw on a pink belt, some pink heels and a pink pearl bracelet and tadaaa we are ready to go!

Hair ritual experience at Geetanjali salon,Saket.

Well you know how a mother lion fels about her cub? Overprotective! That is just how I am when it comes to my hair, way too overprotective *khi khi khi*
So when Geetanjali salon invited me for a hair ritual, cutting and colouring session, I skipped the latter two and went in just for the ritual to nourish my tresses as I do not trust any one with cutting or colouring my hair, the only reason I did my ombre myself!

They had this special camera which like tells how dry or non-dry your hair and scalp are. My scalp was normal and my shafts were normal, but ends due to the bleaching and colouring were a little dry *sobs*

 So the first thing they did was shampoo my hair with Kerastase shampoo, which smelled amazing!

Next this gel conditioner was appliead all over my hair along with this cream

 

And my head was wrapped up in a hot towel for 10 minutes and trust me it felt blissful!

 Followed by a nice session of blowdry while I made funny faces and tadaa!

I loved the result and honestly I got sooo many compliments! like sooo many! *blush blush*

I rarely like salons and specially when it comes to hair but Geetanjali gets a double thumbs up! must must must visit!

And oh did I mention Sumit is such a sweet person! he is so down to earth and polite! *lovestruck*
